Where product spoilage has occurred in transit, we would be happy to arrange a replacement product, or issue a refund if this would be preferable.
Requesting a Replacement or Refund
Fill in our contact form here, and we will get back to you as soon as possible to organise the replacement or refund. We would usually require the request to be sent within 30 days of the original order for a refund to be issued.
